I was passing through on a road trip and they fixed my flat tire for FREE! I'd gone to Walmart first to and the guy tried to tell me all my tires had dry rot and need to be replaced. The guys here said my tires were perfectly fine. Good, honest folks... like it should be.

These guys saved the day! I'm from Owensboro and I was in Evansville on a Friday it was 5pm I didn't have my spare tire with me and my valve stem developed a leak that I could not have made it home on. I called they said bring it in, it took me 10 min and my tire was half flat 35"x12.5" tires. They had me back on the road in no time at all with no charge. Next time I need tires I know where I am getting them. Super nice folks they do a fantastic job!

Awesome service here! They were so fast, they forgot to not scratch the hell out of my custom rims. They even managed to take chunks out of the brand-new tires they installed. I spoke with the manager, who told me he's an expert at identifying curb damage. According to him, the damage to my tire is just "COSMETIC," so he'll replace the rim but not the tire. Wow. I'm honestly confused. You can clearly see chunks missing from the tire, along with deep gouges that line up perfectly, indicating damage from the tools they were using while removing or installing the tires. This wasn't there before. I just can't believe this. The manager's response was basically that we'll "agree to disagree," and he'll order a new rim. While I appreciate that he's replacing the rim, refusing to address the obvious damage to a brand-new tire is unacceptable. Take a close look at the photos and decide for yourself. Update: They reached out after my original review and handled everything in a really professional way. The manager apologized and is working with me to make things right, including addressing the damage concerns. Honestly, this experience really restored my faith in humanity a bit—it compl

Always very fast, friendly, professional service. Jacob at the store on Hirschland Rd. Is an excellent customer service representative. He went far above and beyond the call of duty to provide us with exceptional service and communication. The techs that installed my tires were extremely fast and did excellent work balancing and mounting my new tires. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer at Discount Tire indefinitely.
